These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chapter Rides, a web-based ride tracking application operated by Foxhall Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Nebraska limited liability company. By accessing or using Chapter Rides at app.chapterrides.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Chapter Rides is a web application that allows motorcycle chapters and riding organizations to track member mileage, confirm rides with companions, manage leaderboards, and run chapter reports. It is not a social network, a payment platform, or a safety monitoring service.
Access to Chapter Rides is by invitation only. Accounts are created by chapter administrators on behalf of their members. You are responsible for:
Chapter administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their chapter's member roster and for ensuring their members are aware of and agree to these Terms.

Chapter administrators who set up an account on behalf of a chapter represent that:
Chapter Rides is currently provided free of charge to all chapters. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future. If and when pricing is introduced:
We will never charge you without your explicit agreement.
Your chapter's ride data belongs to your chapter. We do not claim ownership of any ride logs, member information, or content you submit to Chapter Rides. We store and process this data solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Upon written request to [email protected], we will provide a complete export of your chapter's data in a standard format within 30 days.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Chapter Rides available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify chapter administrators of planned downtime in advance.
Chapter Rides is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law, Foxhall Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Chapter Rides, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Chapter Rides shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. During the free period, our total liability is limited to $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxhall Group LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising from your use of Chapter Rides or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Chapter Rides shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify chapter administrators by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of Chapter Rides after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
